We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth strategy.

The Role:

This position offers a remarkable opportunity for a driven and versatile individual to help establish our Customer Success department and significantly influence a rapidly growing business. As a Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate with clients to develop leading AI applications across various sectors, including retail, insurance, and healthcare. You will work closely with the Growth and Engineering teams, as well as the co-founders, to guide Crane's strategic direction and manage our expanding client base. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who is ready to take on the responsibility of supporting innovative companies in adopting computer vision technologies.

About You:
  1. You possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and are comfortable leading discussions with executives from large corporations, founders of startups, or technical leads from research institutions.
  2. You are organized and methodical, with a natural ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  3. You are eager to advance within Crane. You may aspire to excel in customer success, solutions engineering, or account management, and you seek a company that provides growth and learning opportunities to help you become a future leader.
  4. You are ambitious and motivated to progress more rapidly than in a conventional career path, willing to take on any necessary tasks.
  5. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of a business.
  6. You are intelligent and capable of navigating technical details while maintaining a focus on achieving results.
  7. You have consistently excelled in your previous endeavors, whether in education, business, sports, or sales/engineering roles.

Preferred qualifications include over two years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on retaining and expanding both high and low-touch accounts. Even if you lack direct B2B/SaaS customer success experience, you may have excelled in a challenging field such as banking or consulting, demonstrating your determination and ability to meet demanding targets.
