Senior Strategic Accounts Director

WuXi AppTec is seeking a highly experienced Senior Strategic Accounts Director to lead our business development activities within STA, our CMC small molecule development and manufacturing division.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to increase small molecule drug product, API, and intermediate sales across US-based key accounts.
- Manage sites for key accounts and drive business development for new accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives and goals.
- Develop plans and programs to gain market share in existing businesses and cross-sell process development and manufacturing services.
- Collect and analyze competitive intelligence to inform business development strategies.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience in chemical or pharmaceutical development and/or manufacturing.
- 5+ years of technical, sales, project management, and/or business development experience.
- Proven track record of success meeting or exceeding goals/targets.
- Strong knowledge of selling skills and selling strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- BA/BS in Life Science or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
