Job Summary

The Director of Account Management will oversee the management of one or more strategic accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction, growth, and ongoing customer care. This role will set growth strategies with these customers while meeting contractual obligations, executing customer needs, and resolving escalations.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities

This position will maintain a wide-scale customer contact list and account plans in the system, schedule senior-level meetings as required, and provide weekly/monthly status update reports to management. The Director will meet and exceed target quotas set for entire account business, collaborate with the engineering and operations team, and drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Penetrate deep and wide into the customer base to drive new business opportunities
Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline
Lead on pricing negotiations
Utilize regular customer contacts as a source of useful market and competitive intelligence

Requirements

BA or BS preferred
10+ years of account management or comparable experience required
Strong track-record of over-achieving quotas while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
Revenue responsibilities to $25M+
