Job SummaryAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing customer service via various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will assist clients and customers with orders, inquiries, and problem resolution, while also identifying additional needs and recommending products or services.

- Process orders, cancel or change requests, and request reprints or credits.
- Ensure security and privacy of customer information.
- Provide education and support regarding products and services.
- Proactively identify customer needs and offer solutions.
- Utilize available resources to accurately enter data and service customers.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all call activity.
- Make outbound calls to achieve assigned call segment goals.
- Provide basic customer support and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 0-2 years of customer service experience.
- Previous experience in banking or retail helpful.
- Multitasking and detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn required information and ongoing training.
We offer a competitive salary of $16.50 hourly, plus a $1.00 bilingual differential, depending on previous experience. We are an equal opportunity employer and celebrate diversity in the workplace.
