Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to become a part of our team at Bill Pearce Motors in the role of Customer Service Representative.


Position Summary:

This full-time hourly position is integral to our operations in the automotive sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering outstanding customer service to our esteemed clientele, addressing their questions and concerns, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our offerings.


Compensation & Benefits:

This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.50, with biweekly pay distribution. Alongside monetary compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels.
  • Deliver prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries in an efficient manner.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and enhance the company's reputation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
