About the Position

As a Member Resource Center Representative at Greater Nevada Credit Union, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional member service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with members through various communication channels, including phone, video, and electronic communication, to provide personalized assistance and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance goals, including sales and service metrics, to contribute to the overall success of the credit union.
  • Effectively communicate with members in writing, using secure messaging, chat, text, email, or fax, to provide clear and concise information and support.
  • Apply knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act procedures and reporting requirements to ensure compliance and maintain a high level of integrity.
Requirements
  • Previous call center experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not necessary.
Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and provide personalized support.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Problem resolution skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Physical Demands
  • Regularly required to sit and use a keyboard, multiple monitors, mouse, and telephone for extended periods.
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel.
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
