Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Department: Customer Support
Reports To: Customer Service Manager

Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers providing them with exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing information about products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges following company procedures.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, providing step-by-step instructions as needed.
  • Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution rates.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on company offerings and customer service best practices.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
