We are on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager to join our Global Performance Team. This role will be pivotal in managing relationships with both existing and prospective performance advertisers eager to leverage Outbrain's extensive network to enhance their business growth, particularly focusing on performance-driven clients across various sectors.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will embody expertise in Outbrain's platform and specialize in conversion-focused content marketing. Your role will involve assisting key clients in developing their native advertising strategies and collaborating with them to achieve success and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for clients with performance-oriented KPIs, guiding them to achieve ROI-positive outcomes through strategic advice, campaign setup, and ongoing performance evaluations.
  • Generate innovative ideas and initiatives aimed at enhancing client performance and scalability.
  • Conduct regular consultations with clients to understand their performance metrics, plans, and priorities.
  • Identify strategic upselling opportunities and act upon them.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including kickoff calls.
  • Educate clients on best practices and provide data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including Content, Product, and Account Services.

What You Will Achieve:

  • In your initial month, familiarize yourself with Outbrain's products and establish key relationships, while beginning client communications.
  • Within three months, become the primary contact for a global portfolio of clients, assisting them in achieving their KPIs and formulating data-driven optimization strategies.
  • After six months, become an integral part of the team, significantly contributing to the management of daily workflows for your client accounts.
  • By the end of your first year, you will be a valued member of Outbrain, recognized for your expertise in content and performance marketing, and your ability to support both your team and clients effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role within digital advertising, focusing on performance activities.
  • Experience with social/native/display ad platforms, agencies, or affiliate networks is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and identify performance trends.
  • Proficient in executing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced technological environment.
  • Excellent prioritization and time-management capabilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A positive attitude and proactive approach to influence peers, colleagues, and clients positively.
  • A continuous desire to learn and adapt while ensuring results are achieved effectively.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders across various time zones and cultures is a plus.
