Job Overview

CJ&A is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our geotechnical construction projects in the Western and Central United States.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing complex deep foundation, ground improvement, and shoring systems projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery meets quality, safety, and timeline requirements
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on geotechnical projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
