Job Summary

Condon-Johnson & Associates is seeking a highly skilled Senior Geotechnical Project Manager to lead our drilling and ground improvement projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for estimating and managing projects, developing budgets, and ensuring timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate and manage drilling, ground improvement, anchored earth retention, and grouting projects
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
  • Ensure quality control and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with design-build teams to deliver shoring projects

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • 5-8 years of increasing project management experience
  • 2-3 years of field experience
  • Critical thinking skills and written communication
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments
