Job Description

Servpro of Central Seattle is seeking a skilled Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews.

This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence, ensuring accurate scopes of work, preparing estimates, and negotiating customer approvals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of management experience and 3 years of industry experience, with a valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project scopes, estimates, and schedules
  • Negotiate with customers and clients to secure project approvals
  • Oversee crews and resources to provide exceptional service on active projects
  • Review job site documentation to ensure proper billing and client requirements
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer satisfaction and online reviews
  • Provide priority response to potential customers
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates

Position Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of management experience
  • At least 3 years of industry experience
  • IICRC certification a plus

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check
