Job Description

As a Project Coordinator at Betacom, you will play a crucial role in assisting project managers with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth execution of projects by coordinating tasks, activities, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project-related tasks and activities, including requests, organizing, maintaining, and routing project files and documentation.
  • Prioritize project sites and tasks to ensure schedule deadlines are met.
  • Request and review site surveys and construction drawings, track revisions to the construction plan.
  • Coordinate utility provider processes and ensure timely delivery of services, obtain related application statuses from local jurisdictions.
  • Schedule final site inspections with local jurisdictions.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain project trackers as directed.
  • Assist with the preparation of closeout packages (COPs) documentation, ensuring it meets Betacom's quality standards and contains all necessary items prior to release.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or minimum 2-3 years of industry-related experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience working with project trackers, change orders, closeout packages, and construction drawings.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks and documentation.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.

Work Environment:

The work environment is typically minimal noise, and the employee must regularly work at a desktop or laptop computer, with typing and vision used constantly.
