At CareerPaths NW, we're seeking a highly skilled Restoration Construction Project Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. With a strong focus on restoration and construction, this role will oversee multiple large-scale projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large restoration and construction projects, with expertise in Xactimate software and a thorough understanding of construction estimating and time & material billing concepts.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing estimates, reviewing and approving time and material billing, and maintaining business relationships to drive project acquisition. You will also be expected to prepare detailed work orders, conduct job inspections, and track project timelines to ensure timely submission of invoices and prompt payment.

We're looking for a strong leader with excellent communication skills, who can effectively manage crews and collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple large-scale restoration and construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop estimates for construction and mitigation projects.
  • Review and approve time and material billing.
  • Maintain business relationships and source new business.
  • Prepare detailed work orders for project scheduling and execution.
  • Conduct job inspections and recommend additional work.
  • Track project timelines and ensure timely submission of invoices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of experience as an estimator or project manager in restoration.
  • Strong expertise in Xactimate software.
  • Experience in handling restoration projects with a volume of $100K monthly or $1M annually.
  • Valid drivers license with a good driving record.
  • Proven ability to manage large commercial mitigation and construction projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction estimating and time & material billing concepts.
