Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Review project plans and specifications to identify potential cost impacts and opportunities for optimization.
  • Monitor project financials, including gross margins and contract documentation.
  • Organize and participate in pre-construction and post-construction meetings to facilitate project planning and review.
  • Engage in training programs and mentorship initiatives to support team development.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, and Procore; experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze architectural plans and specifications, specifically for commercial landscape construction projects.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and instructions.
  • Familiarity with vertical landscape installations, including pedestal pavers, green walls, and irrigation systems.
  • Extensive knowledge and background in landscape construction, with a deep understanding of industry-specific terminology and practices.
