Senior Project Manager

Scarsella Bros., Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Design Build Project Manager to lead our construction engineering projects in the Seattle area. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage high-profile construction engineering projects.
- Ensure project safety and efficiency.
- Problem-solve and proactively manage issues at the project level.
- Manage a team of project engineers and support staff.
- Create and manage project schedules.
- Assist with estimating and procurement efforts.
- Familiarity with state and local compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
- Initiate and maintain good working relationships with project team members, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- 5+ years of design build experience.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Experience on WSDOT projects is preferred.
- Strong moral compass and high degree of initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Benefits
