Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of relationships with target segments, leading to loans, deposits, and other revenue-generating products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an extensive network of business contacts, community leaders, executive management clients, prospect opportunities, and referral sources to generate revenue.
  • Maximize team profitability through the maintenance of a high-quality loan portfolio, responsible for relationship review and overall relationship profitability.
  • Support the Team Leader/Senior Managing Director in growing and retaining relationships for targeted client groups by coordinating and supporting all aspects of the relationship, ensuring appropriate resources are dedicated to facilitating a successful outcome.
  • Develop and deliver effective proposals for presentation to existing and potential clients.
  • Exercise credit judgment consistent with department goals, monitor, and evaluate credit worthiness of clients.
  • Lead team interaction with operations and product groups, plan, and manage the implementation process of new products with clients to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Responsible for negotiating loans according to established guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience managing commercial Middle Market banking relationships.
  • Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to build and expand trusting relationships and partnerships.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, lending policies, procedures, and techniques, and a well-demonstrated understanding of loan risk factors.
  • Knowledge of credit and financial analysis techniques and accounting.
  • Exceptional business development skills.
What We Offer

This position is eligible for incentive compensation, and the estimated salary range is $175,000 to $200,000. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors.
