In this role, you will cultivate and sustain outstanding relationships with our clients in alignment with team leadership. You will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of client relationships by executing various banking transactions that cater to client requirements and support business objectives aligned with financial and market development goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee activities related to banking transactions, account setups, and documentation within our systems; perform account maintenance, cash management, account analysis, and loan processing.
  • Support the team throughout all stages of client relationship management by acting as a liaison between clients and various internal and external departments; collaborate with specialists to ensure clients receive expert assistance for their unique financial needs.
  • Execute a variety of administrative tasks that necessitate knowledge of banking operations, procedures, and lending practices.
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, assess, and resolve client issues promptly; maintain a system to track responses to inquiries and ensure follow-up actions are executed.
  • Transform service transactions into sales opportunities by assisting senior management in the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of client loan portfolios.
  • Gather necessary documentation for business transactions; create and maintain client files in compliance with standards and draft correspondence to clients.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial industry. Advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) are preferred, although a High School diploma or GED is mandatory. Candidates with a combination of relevant coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience, may also be considered.

Applicants should have knowledge of relevant legislation affecting the financial industry, as well as familiarity with business practices, banking products and services, and bank policies and procedures.

Strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a service-oriented approach are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, along with exceptional multitasking capabilities, effective time management, and organizational skills.


Compensation:

The estimated hourly wage for this position ranges from $35.00 to $40.00 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position is also eligible for incentive compensation.
