Job Summary

The Senior Business Analyst, Field Operations Procedures will support the various Lines of Business (LOBs) within the Consumer Bank. This role is responsible for producing effective written procedures and resources. The successful candidate will partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from the various LOBs to analyze, recommend, author, and deliver high-quality documentation to ensure a consistent approach to the management of all procedures within the Consumer Bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor colleagues on the development and updates of documented procedures in H2W for all Consumer Bank Segments.
  • Ensure procedures are up-to-date and compliant with banking regulations.
  • Assist with the creation of internal procedures for high-risk job functions within each segment.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with relevant stakeholders and SMEs to discuss procedures coming up for annual review or any upcoming initiatives that will require procedures to be developed.
  • Coordinate the distribution of documents and forms for updates as needed.
  • Provide monthly reporting to include completed and coming due for annual review.
  • Draft and send communications as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders and SMEs.
  • Build upon and develop a deep understanding of the various roles and responsibilities within each segment and the function of the segment.
  • Represent Field Operations and the Consumer Bank on various projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3 years or more of banking experience preferred, with 3 years of procedure writing and oversight experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking practices and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard banking programs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and analytical skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate successful change and project management.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $81,867.00 USD to $106,997.00 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
