Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Montana Veteran's Home in Columbia Falls. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the business office, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and the public.
  • Prepare correspondence, meeting agendas, and reports for administrative supervisors.
  • Assist with inventory management, purchasing, and supply ordering.
  • Manage resident accounts, including deposits, collections, and financial transactions.
  • Perform various bookkeeping, human resources, and personnel duties as assigned.
  • Coordinate use of conference rooms and fill in for other office staff as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Three years of experience in office management or technical administrative support.
  • Two years of experience with Microsoft Office and other related computer applications.
  • One year of experience with Quicken or accounting software.
