About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Part Time Branch Office Administrator. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the financial advisor in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and performing data entry
  • Support the financial advisor in achieving business goals, including assisting with client meetings, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating events
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve client service and business results
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial services or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients and team members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
