Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Deans Suite. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the administration team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Deans Suite, including general correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling requests for assistance.
  • Manage front desk reception, including answering incoming calls, welcoming students and visitors, and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
  • Assist with reports, maintain records, and compile statistical information as required.
  • Perform special projects and assignments as requested by the Dean or Directors.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year administrative experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, well-organized, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
