**Job Summary**

Eventide Sheyenne Crossings Care Center in West Fargo is seeking a Full Time Culinary Cook to work 64 hours per pay period. The ideal candidate will have a passion for preparing high-quality meals and ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and/or direct the preparation of food to be served to residents, adhering to all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards.
  • Use accurate portion control standards and maintain sanitary conditions in the kitchen at all times.
  • Check all menus daily to verify that all necessary items are prepared as needed.
  • Store leftovers properly according to food handling standards.
  • Operate equipment in a correct, safe, sanitary, and respectful manner.
  • Supervise the entire dining experience to ensure resident satisfaction of meal service.
  • Clean equipment and work area to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Inventories and orders food products, ensuring adequate inventory of items on hand.
  • Oversee catering events, ensuring quality, safety, and presentation of catered meals.
  • Organize and plan work schedule to meet times for serving meals.
  • Prompt and direct servers to deliver timely meal service.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food preparation and service preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and safe kitchen.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
