Logistics and Customer Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the role of Delivery Driver and Customer Service Representative. This position encompasses two primary responsibilities: ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our products and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate light trucks to deliver Gentell products to designated locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Accurately load and unload products, maintaining vehicle safety standards.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations while driving and delivering goods.
- Follow company policies and procedures during the delivery process.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage and any issues encountered.
- Communicate effectively with the corporate office regarding delivery status and any concerns.
- Report any vehicle defects or incidents promptly.
- Engage with customers in a professional manner, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Complete necessary documentation at the end of each shift, including delivery receipts and inspection logs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- A minimum of three years of experience in delivery and customer service roles.
- Ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance and demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
- Strong organizational skills with effective communication abilities.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Willingness to work in various environments, both indoors and outdoors.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
