We are currently seeking a skilled individual for the role of Logistics and Customer Support Specialist. This position encompasses two key responsibilities: the safe delivery of products along designated routes and the provision of exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will ensure the proper loading and unloading of delivery vehicles while maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate light trucks to deliver a variety of Gentell products.
  • Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Load and unload products accurately and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies during deliveries.
  • Document all delivery and pick-up information, including mileage and any issues encountered.
  • Maintain clear communication with the corporate office regarding delivery status.
  • Report any vehicle-related issues, including defects or accidents.
  • Engage with customers professionally, ensuring their needs are met during delivery.
  • Complete necessary paperwork at the end of each shift, including logs and receipts.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in delivery and customer service roles.
  • Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
  • Strong organizational skills with effective communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors, including occasional weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
