Position Overview

The Parts Coordinator I is tasked with managing the processes of parts procurement, receipt, cataloging, inventory management, and reconciliation of all components at a designated site. Additionally, this role will handle the processing of Purchase Orders (POs) and Vendor payment requests. It is crucial to ensure that the correct part is sourced from the appropriate vendor while maintaining inventory levels to optimize customer uptime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the physical inventory, parts ordering, and receiving processes.
  • Manage the processing of Purchase Orders and Supplier invoices.
  • Ensure that received parts are accurately recorded in the inventory system.
  • Oversee parts obsolescence management.
  • Coordinate the shipping of warranty and parts returns to vendors.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in the parts storage area.

Educational Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • One (1) year or more of experience in inventory and parts administration or clerical functions is preferred.
