We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Administrative Specialist Level II at Alexton Incorporated. This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in administrative functions.
Experience Required:
The ideal applicant should possess between 4 to 6 years of comprehensive secretarial and administrative experience, with at least three years in a direct support role. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Federal Government sector. The ability to secure a security clearance and proficiency in travel arrangements are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct general office operations and support.
- Execute basic statistical analysis and budget-related tasks.
- Manage calendars, schedules, and prepare various documents including reports, memos, letters, and travel vouchers using relevant software.
- Review and interpret incoming communications and reports to assess importance and facilitate distribution.
- Handle incoming correspondence, including sorting and distributing faxes and emails, as well as filing and retrieving documents.
- Draft responses to routine inquiries and perform research to compile and organize study results.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain organized library documents.
- Communicate proficiently with individuals at all organizational levels and greet visitors while managing access protocols.
- Provide general support for acquisition processes and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
A high school diploma is required for this position.
