Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Administrative Specialist Level II at Alexton Incorporated. This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in administrative functions.


Experience Required:

The ideal applicant should possess between 4 to 6 years of comprehensive secretarial and administrative experience, with at least three years in a direct support role. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Federal Government sector. The ability to secure a security clearance and proficiency in travel arrangements are essential.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct general office operations and support.
  2. Execute basic statistical analysis and budget-related tasks.
  3. Manage calendars, schedules, and prepare various documents including reports, memos, letters, and travel vouchers using relevant software.
  4. Review and interpret incoming communications and reports to assess importance and facilitate distribution.
  5. Handle incoming correspondence, including sorting and distributing faxes and emails, as well as filing and retrieving documents.
  6. Draft responses to routine inquiries and perform research to compile and organize study results.
  7. Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain organized library documents.
  8. Communicate proficiently with individuals at all organizational levels and greet visitors while managing access protocols.
  9. Provide general support for acquisition processes and execute tasks with minimal supervision.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

A high school diploma is required for this position.
