Job Overview
The Retail Sales Assistant Manager plays a vital role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for helping people and creating positive customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Customer Experience Assistants and Jewelry Consultants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Operations team to maintain a luxury environment in the showroom.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they meet high standards of customer service and sales performance.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing people in retail or direct-to-consumer sales.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
