Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support to join our team at Les Schwab Tire Center. As an Administrative Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Assist Customers: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process Transactions: Accurately process customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage Store Inventory: Assist in the management of store inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
  • Support Sales Efforts: Assist sales team members in promoting store sales and achieving sales goals.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
