Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support for software, hardware, and networking issues related to desktops, laptops, and servers.
  • Maintain and provide support for legacy systems and products.
  • Assist with core server products and ensure their optimal performance.
  • Conduct disk replacements on enterprise storage solutions.
  • Install and configure PCs along with necessary software, networks, servers, and peripherals.
  • Support networking products from both operational and maintenance perspectives.
  • Execute installations, relocations, additions, and modifications as needed.
  • Test and validate PCs, networks, servers, and client-approved applications.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout all service interactions.
  • Adhere to client-specific Service Level Agreements and maintain accurate updates within the incident and request ticketing system.
