Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical office setting
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with medical software is a plus
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service
- Organized, reliable, and flexible
- Excellent time management abilities

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
