We are seeking a dedicated professional to serve as an integral part of the patient experience at our facilities. As a Patient Services Representative, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients through the registration process, building accounts, and creating necessary forms. You will also process paperwork and enter patient data, collect co-pays and payments on self-pay accounts, and provide exceptional customer service.
