- Medical Record Services: Maintain accurate and timely medical records, release information according to corporate policies and procedures, and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One to two years of related customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, multiple-task environment.
- Exposure to ill patients.
- Ability to work under stressful conditions with demanding customers.
