Job DescriptionAs a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our agency's success, engaging with potential customers and helping them secure the right insurance coverage. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and community outreach.
- Conducting consultative sales discussions to understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the agency team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Utilizing sales tools and resources to effectively present insurance options and close sales.
- Managing and maintaining accurate customer records and policy information.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative with the following qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Goal-driven with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- State insurance licenses (or the willingness to obtain them) is a plus.
