About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at W.W. Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Utilize your knowledge of the industry and market trends to identify potential customers and develop strategies to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and Present Solutions: Work with customers to develop and present solutions that meet their needs, including providing training and support as needed.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in a related field such as business or marketing is preferred.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of the Industry: A strong understanding of the industrial power products industry and market trends is required.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software: Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce is preferred.
