About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Representative to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within the agricultural industry. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating sales operations and marketing plans to drive business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sales operations and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze and maintain knowledge of clients' business, industry trends, and market conditions to cultivate and maintain positive business relationships
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion to drive sales growth
  • Collect and analyze market data to inform business development strategies
  • Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries, negotiate sales terms and agreements, and maintain accurate records of sales activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective follow-through on sales processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a related field (preferred)
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in the agricultural industry (may consider slightly less depending on candidate's track record and personality)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong relationship management and networking skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver regular reports in a timely manner
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Must have work authorization in the U.S.
