Position Summary


This role is part of the global AMF IT Application team, reporting to the Director of IT Applications. The D365 CRM/E-Commerce Business Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance and support of solutions within D365 CRM/E-Commerce and applications hosted on Azure Portal. This position will collaborate closely with Sales, Field Service, and Operations teams, providing advisory support to senior leadership regarding Sales and E-Commerce functionalities in D365 CRM/E-Commerce.


Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as a liaison between technology and business end-users, including hands-on coding experience.
  • Identify, evaluate, and document business requirements, prioritizing business needs and advising on options, risks, and cost-benefit analyses of various solutions.
  • Triage incidents and problems with CRM/E-Commerce systems as they arise, providing Tier I/II support and managing or directly implementing enhancements and fixes to ensure satisfactory resolutions for business partners.
  • Develop and identify strategies to enhance CRM/E-Commerce metrics and KPIs.
  • Oversee projects and enhancements by gathering requirements and finalizing solutions.
  • Create and disseminate test plans, System Integration test cases, and UAT test cases related to supported CRM/E-Commerce systems and their modifications.
  • Collaborate with internal and external global users to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives.
  • Manage the execution of System Integration Testing and UAT for supported CRM/E-Commerce systems and their modifications.
  • Assist in completing operational readiness documentation required for all changes made to CRM systems.
  • Develop use cases to illustrate and explain business requirements and specifications to the technology team.
  • Facilitate the implementation of new functionalities through effective communication, training sessions, demonstrations, and the creation of relevant documentation.
  • Critically assess information from multiple sources and clearly indicate the quality of final analyses.
  • Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to fulfill ongoing organizational or customer information needs.
  • Analyze and report on complex data to address business requirements.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of hands-on functional experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and E-Commerce solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Dynamics, E-Commerce solutions.
  • Proficient in project management tools including Office, Visio, issue tracking systems, and Visual Studio.
  • Experience and knowledge of Dynamics cloud applications.
  • Experience in implementing and supporting CRM/E-Commerce applications.
  • Understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts.
  • Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Strong analytical and writing capabilities.
  • Business experience is a plus.
  • Experience in configuring and creating new setups and master data imports in Dynamics 365.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
