Position Title: Senior Business Analyst
Position Status: 12-month contract with rolling extensions
Schedule: ONSITE
Overview: Our client, Morton, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for an ONSITE role.

Responsibilities: Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with over 6 years of experience to enhance and support management systems. The selected candidate will assist in transitioning from paper-based processes to automated solutions, including the creation of DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows that integrate with other systems. The role involves conducting complex business analysis and technical tasks such as project planning, process optimization, requirement documentation, system design, data analysis, interface evaluation, and system deployment. Leads the comprehensive review, analysis, and assessment of existing business systems; recommends and implements process enhancements. Develops and assesses user requirements and system necessities. Elicits requirements through various techniques including brainstorming, data mining, document analysis, and user interviews. Produces requirement documentation such as Field Definition Matrix, Business Rules, and Interface requirements; conducts gap analysis in relation to current business needs. Contributes to and drives collaborative efforts to support organizational change management; facilitates risk assessments. Participates in the development and review of project testing plans. Oversees all final user acceptance testing with business stakeholders. Defines roles and access permissions necessary for applications. Represents interests with vendors and collaborates to meet project requirements. Develops training materials and conducts end-user training. Requirements: 5 Years – Candidates must have experience in developing DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows, including customizing form behaviors using JavaScript. 5 Years – Candidates should possess strong organizational, administrative, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 5 Years – Must be self-motivated and capable of building rapport and positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. 5 Years – Proficiency in Organizational Change Management is required. 5 Years – Experience in implementing cloud-hosted Software As A Service (SaaS) solutions is necessary. 5 Years – Understanding of business analysis concepts, including risk assessment interpretation, is essential. 5 Years – Ability to produce requirement-related documentation such as test cases, requirements traceability matrix, business rules, interface requirements, use cases, activity diagrams, error validations, and role-based system profiles. 5 Years – Experience in managing security access and user profile management is required. 5 Years – Capability to collaborate with various groups to ensure requirements are thoroughly vetted and documented. 5 Years – Ability to analyze both functional and non-functional system requirements. 5 Years – Experience in re-engineering business processes and understanding how new applications and processes will integrate with or replace existing ones. 5 Years – Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information to internal customers in non-technical terms. 5 Years – Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and in creating business and system requirements.
