Job Summary:

Rishabh RPO is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and document project requirements
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business needs
  • Identify and document project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including timelines and milestones
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, including cost estimates and resource allocation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, ADO, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certifications
  • Election experience
