Position Status: 12-month contract with rolling extensions

Overview: Our client, Morton, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for an ONSITE role.

Responsibilities: Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with over 6 years of experience to enhance and support management systems. The selected candidate will transition paper-based processes to automated solutions and develop DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows that integrate with other systems. The role involves conducting intricate business analysis and technical tasks including project planning, process optimization, requirement documentation, system architecture, data evaluation, interface assessment, and system deployment. Oversees the comprehensive review, analysis, and evaluation of existing business systems; recommends and implements process enhancements. Develops and assesses user requirements and system necessities. Gathers requirements utilizing various techniques such as brainstorming, data mining, document analysis, and user interviews. Produces requirement documentation including Field Definition Matrix, Business Rules, and Interface requirements; conducts gap analysis on existing requirements relative to current business needs. Contributes to and spearheads collaborative efforts to support organizational change management; facilitates risk assessments. Engages in the creation and review of project testing plans. Leads final user acceptance testing with business stakeholders. Defines roles and access permissions necessary for applications. Represents organizational interests with vendors and collaborates to fulfill project requirements. Develops training materials and conducts end-user training. Requirements: 5 Years – Candidates must have experience in developing DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows, including customizing form behaviors using JavaScript. 5 Years – Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational, administrative, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 5 Years – Candidates must be self-motivated and capable of fostering positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. 5 Years – Proficiency in Organizational Change Management is required. 5 Years – Experience with implementing cloud-hosted Software As A Service (SaaS) solutions is essential. 5 Years – Understanding of business analysis concepts, including risk assessment interpretation, is necessary. 5 Years – Ability to produce requirement-related documentation such as test cases, requirements traceability matrices, business rules, interface requirements, use cases, activity diagrams, error validations, and role-based system profiles is required. 5 Years – Experience in managing security access and user profile management is essential. 5 Years – Ability to collaborate with various groups to ensure requirements are thoroughly vetted and documented is necessary. 5 Years – Ability to analyze both functional and non-functional system requirements is required. 5 Years – Experience in re-engineering business processes and understanding how new applications will integrate with or replace existing processes is essential. 5 Years – Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders, are required. 5 Years – Proficiency in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and in creating business and system requirements is necessary.
