Position Overview:
The selected candidate will engage in an internal software development initiative aimed at enhancing the operational capabilities of the Division of Securities and Retail Franchising. This role entails gathering functional requirements for the new SERFIS software system, which is designed to supplant the current system with a more robust work management solution.
Key Competencies:
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Capacity to operate independently with minimal oversight as well as collaboratively within a team
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Adept at articulating concepts in both business-friendly and user-friendly terms.
Essential Qualifications:
- 5 Years - Experience in eliciting functional and technical requirements through business needs analysis and stakeholder interviews
- 5 Years - Proficient in managing and tracking requirements using Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- 5 Years - Skilled in creating wireframes
- 5 Years - Collaborate with Quality Assurance to evaluate test cases
- 5 Years - Proficient in Microsoft tools, including Visio, SharePoint, and Office applications
This opportunity is available on a corp-to-corp basis or as a W2 position, accompanied by a competitive benefits package.
