Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Solutions Engineer to contribute to our reputable Building Automation integration firm. This organization has a rich history in providing advanced technology solutions and excels in the integration of building automation and security systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture long-term business relationships with Building Automation System (BAS) clients.
  • Provide expert consulting support to architects, engineers, contractors, and property owners regarding building control and mechanical systems.
  • Estimate, plan, specify, and negotiate solutions for building automation and energy services in both new construction and retrofit projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Deliver presentations and seminars to educate and influence stakeholders in the consulting, contracting, and engineering sectors.
  • Engage with a diverse range of clients, including data centers, healthcare facilities, government institutions, educational establishments, and more.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in engineering or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in Building Controls and/or Mechanical systems, or HVAC Equipment.
  • A strong background in professional business-to-business sales.
  • Knowledge of Direct Digital Control (DDC) Theory & Applications and Mechanical systems.
