Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain best practices for equipment operation and maintenance, ensuring the highest level of safety and efficiency.
- Monitor equipment performance through regular inspections, condition-based monitoring, and scheduling of maintenance activities as needed.
- Provide technical leadership and support to the maintenance team during shifts, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and development.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure timely processing of packages.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization across the organization.
A Day in the Life:
As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will oversee the maintenance team during shifts, ensuring that all team members have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their duties effectively. You will monitor processes to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines, and implement preventative maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime.
You will also use data analytics tools, such as SCADA, to monitor processes and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks and contribute to the development of maintenance procedures and standards.
Requirements:
