Position Summary
The Sales Executive for Commercial Tire Solutions is a dynamic role focused on promoting and selling tire products and related services to businesses operating commercial vehicles. This position involves cultivating and sustaining client relationships, delivering comprehensive product knowledge, conducting engaging sales presentations, and managing order processing. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, analyzing market trends, achieving sales objectives, and documenting sales activities. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of the tire and automotive sector are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
+ Foster customer satisfaction and loyalty by nurturing existing relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
+ Implement effective merchandising, advertising, and promotional strategies for our products and services.
+ Respond energetically to customer inquiries, both in-store and over the phone.
+ Collaborate effectively with service providers to enhance customer experience.
+ Demonstrate a strong desire to excel in a retail sales environment.
+ Exhibit self-motivation and a drive for success.
+ Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Associate degree or equivalent experience.
+ Prior experience in Commercial and OTR Tire Sales and Service is highly desirable.
+ Experience and willingness to tow a trailer.
+ Background in mining and possession of a valid MSHA card is advantageous.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Must be willing to undergo a Federal Background Check, DOT Physical, and Drug Testing.
+ Previous experience in outside sales is required.
+ Must be open to travel within a specified radius.
