Key Responsibilities:
As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and nurturing long-term business relationships with clients in the Building Automation Systems (BAS) sector.
- Providing expert consulting support to architects, engineers, contractors, and property owners regarding building control and mechanical systems.
- Estimating, planning, specifying, and negotiating solutions for building automation and energy services in both new construction and retrofit projects.
- Collaborating with engineering and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Delivering presentations and seminars to educate and influence stakeholders in the consulting, contracting, and building engineering sectors.
- Engaging with a diverse range of clients, including data centers, healthcare facilities, government institutions, educational establishments, and more.
Qualifications:
Required:
- A degree in engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in Building Controls, Mechanical Systems, or HVAC Equipment.
- Proven business-to-business sales experience.
- Knowledge of Direct Digital Control (DDC) Theory & Applications and Mechanical Systems.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Niagara Tridium or Schneider Electric products.
