Event Ticketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate ticket sales at the Box Office and via phone, assist in Account Services, Box Office operations, Suite Services, or Guest Services during events.
- Provide information regarding team schedules, respond to common inquiries such as event details, promotional activities, and season ticket holder benefits through various communication channels.
- Engage in administrative tasks including data entry and preparation of bulk mailings.
- Collaborate with Ticket Sales and Ticket Operations to support program execution.
- Accurately process and reconcile payments in a timely manner.
- Perform cash drawer counts at the end of shifts and submit reports to the supervising manager.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, assisting patrons with their ticket transactions.
- Staff the temporary box office during events and manage ticket sales, will call, and customer service inquiries.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in Customer Service is essential.
- Experience with cash handling is required.
- Proficient computer skills; experience with computerized ticketing systems is preferred.
- Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Strong customer relations and service skills.
- Proficient in computer operations.
- Ability to accurately balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- This position offers a pay rate of $15.00 per hour.
