The Event Ticket Sales Associate is responsible for actively engaging with current and potential fans to foster strong relationships.
This role involves training to understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations for an exceptional experience at events.
Key Responsibilities- Sell various ticket options including full season memberships, partial plans, group outings, and single game suite rentals.
- Achieve or surpass annual sales targets set by the Ticket Sales Leadership.
- Identify and pursue potential clients within the local community.
- Make a minimum of 70 outbound calls daily to generate leads.
- Proactively seek new opportunities through referrals, networking, and business outreach.
- Maintain comprehensive and precise records of clients and prospects in the CRM system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both prospects and existing clients consistently.
- Engage in community activities to continuously enhance the sales pipeline.
- Support Season Ticket Holder retention initiatives.
Respond promptly to incoming calls to ensure efficient service.
Address and resolve issues during events to ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep a well-organized and functional workspace.
Stay informed about programs and events to assist customers effectively.
Assist with bulk mailings to ticket purchasers.
Qualifications & Skills- 1-3 years of experience in sports sales preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient reading and technical communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service and product presentation skills.
- Professional demeanor and computer literacy.
- Mathematical aptitude and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Capability to stand for extended periods.
This position offers a base salary of $15.00 per hour plus commission.
