Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate ticket sales at the Box Office and via phone, assisting in various departments such as Account Services, Box Office, Suite Services, or Guest Services during events.
  • Provide information regarding team schedules, answer common inquiries about event details, promotions, and season ticket holder benefits through various communication channels.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and preparation of bulk mailings.
  • Collaborate with Ticket Sales and Ticket Operations to support program execution.
  • Handle payment processing and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Perform cash drawer reconciliation at the end of each shift and report to the supervising manager.
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails, guiding fans through their ticket purchasing experience.
  • Staff the temporary box office during events, managing ticket sales, will call, and customer service inquiries.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service is essential.
  • Prior experience with cash handling is required.
  • Proficient computer skills; experience with computerized ticketing systems is preferred.
  • Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills and Abilities
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer relations and service orientation.
  • Proficient in computer operations.
  • Ability to accurately balance cash drawers at the end of shifts.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Compensation
  • This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.00.
