Signet Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated professional to join our interdisciplinary team managing Behavioral Health Services. Our organization is committed to utilizing evidence-based treatment methods to deliver high-quality therapeutic services to individuals in need within the community. Our offerings encompass brief therapy, group therapy, addiction services, medication management, Intensive Outpatient Treatment Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and integrated Co-Occurring treatment for adults.

We currently have a Full-time Addiction Therapist position available, providing unique learning opportunities. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Licensure in the District of Columbia is required, specifically LICSW or LPC. Experience working with adults and in addiction-related services is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver therapeutic services at the Outpatient Clinic, which may include individual therapy, group therapy, assessments, addiction/co-occurring services, and supporting PHP and IOP outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of qualified healthcare professionals across the network and community treatment teams.
  • Maintain compliant documentation of clinical services, assessments, referrals, and other related entries within our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Organize and present case discussions with the clinical team and prescribers.
  • Proactively plan for patient step-downs and discharge, ensuring treatment plans and diagnostic assessments are up-to-date.
  • Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings and supervision for operational and administrative functions.
  • Work closely with the operations and leadership team within the clinic.
  • Engage in company-sponsored training to maintain licensure and support professional development.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned that align with the position and area of responsibility. The responsibilities outlined above are a general description of the role and are not exhaustive.
Qualifications:

Essential Experience and License Requirements:
  • Active District of Columbia LICSW or LPC is required or eligibility for endorsement.
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a community mental health setting, outpatient clinic, or addictions program. A candidate with LICSW or LPC and a CAC II is highly desirable.
  • Experience in accessing local community resources and facilitating group therapy sessions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and excellent oral/written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and time management capabilities.
  • Moderate to advanced typing and computer skills are critical, especially with the increasing demand for virtual services.
  • Ability to serve as a subject matter expert in addiction-related topics within a supportive interdisciplinary team.
Salary Range:

$80,000 to $98,000 Annually
