Key Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this position is to assist the supervisor in guiding team members in the Further Processing department to meet production targets and uphold quality standards.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Strong attendance and personnel record
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • Experience operating basic office equipment (e.g., copier, fax machine)
  • Willingness to work weekends as required
  • Capability to train new team members
  • Ability to perform all departmental tasks at production speed
  • Knowledge of workplace safety protocols
  • Attention to detail in completing paperwork
  • Flexibility to handle multiple responsibilities

Education and Experience:
A GED or equivalent is required, along with proficient math and computer skills.

Work Hours:
Typical hours for this position are from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM, with potential variations based on production needs.
