Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the supervisor in guiding team members in the Further Processing department to meet production targets and uphold quality standards.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Excellent attendance and personnel record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Capability to operate basic office equipment
- Willingness to work weekends as needed
- Skill in training new team members
- Ability to perform all departmental tasks at production speed
- Understanding of workplace safety regulations
- Accuracy in completing paperwork
- Flexibility to handle multiple responsibilities
Education & Experience:
A minimum of a GED or equivalent is required, along with strong math and computer skills.
Work Hours:
The typical work schedule is from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM, with end times subject to production needs.
